Health Savings Account

When you enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), you can enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA) and save pre-tax dollars on copays, deductibles, prescriptions, etc. For 2019, the IRS Contribution Limit is $3,500 for employee only coverage and $7,000 for family coverage.

 

Commuter Flex Spending Account

The Qualified Transportation Flexible Spending Account can reimburse you for allowable commuter and transit costs with tax free dollars.

Short Term Disability Insurance

If you are out of work for an extended period of time due to a disabling injury or illness, short term disability insurance is designed to replace a portion of your income.

If you purchase short term disability insurance, after you are out of work for 14 days and declared disabled, you will receive a flat rate of $500 per week.
