Job Title Job Summary:

This HRIS Analyst will be primarily responsible for understanding our clients’ business requirements and configuring business processes in Workday. The HRIS team manages all Workday HCM modules; the selected candidate will develop expertise around absence management, benefits, compensation, recruiting, talent, and time tracking.  
Job Title Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test configuration for Workday in areas of core HCM/HR administration, including reports and business processes.
  • Configure and implement business process upgrades and enhancements, lead testing and data validation, and ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives •
  • Manage and execute on case management tickets, as well as ongoing system enhancement tasks, including configuration and testing of changes to the Workday system.
  • Create review and participate in functional and regression testing for all system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with the HR, IT and Workday community to ensure that defined work streams and SMEs within HR are aligned with the strategic business objectives of the organization.
  • Proactively recommends process improvements/solutions utilizing technology to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of systems and capabilities with internal customers.
  • Partner with all areas of HR to create, edit and prepare reports and user-friendly dashboards

Job Title Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands on experience with Workday HCM configuration, with specific experience related to Security, Reporting, Recruiting, Benefits and Advanced Compensation.
  • Experience with Reporting and Analytics preferred.
  • Experience in a matrix and shared services environment and case management is preferred
  • Strong effective communication (written & verbal) for change management support, relationship building, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at one time
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
