Job Summary:

The Office Automation (OA) department of the Executive Office of the U.S. Attorneys deploys and maintains mission-critical technical information technology projects encompassing administrative, technical, and legal support to all 94 US Attorney offices located in over 200 geographically dispersed sites throughout the continental United States and its territories.  The (OA) employees the General Integration (GI) staff to provide said technical project management, technical systems and network engineering, and Tier 3 level support for the EOUSA by following industry best practices for capturing requirements, designing, developing, testing, implementing, incident, and problem management of complex information technology solutions to a customer base consisting of over 15,000 users.  Tier level 1 &2 and Adobe Connect support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The CSR will provide assistance and support for our customer users in the Washington DC and CONUS area in the planning, scheduling and use of various conferencing services. These services include:
    • Skype for Business/Team
    • Adobe Connect
    • Polycomm/Cisco VTC
  • Duties also includes in-room and remote customer support to provide assistance for adhoc and scheduled conferencing support.
  • The CSR will also write user guides and knowledge articles and conduct training classes to large and small groups.

Job Requirements:

  • AA Degree in related discipline and three (3) years related experience; Or, High School and five (5) years related experience with relevant certification.
  • Experience coordinating and running Adobe Connect meetings
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience and working knowledge of Skype for Business, Polycomm/Cisco VTC,
  • Experience and working knowledge of working with an Incident and task management system such as Microsoft System Center Service Manager/Remedy, etc.
  • Working in a project management-oriented environment.
