Job Summary:

The Sr. Retail Product Manager establishes vision and a multi-year plan to grow and retain the company’s consumer deposit portfolio which generates sizable revenue. You will be responsible for pricing and profitability, new product and channel innovation, promotion and advertising, continuous process improvement and regulatory compliance. Priorities include: strategic management of rate environment, acceleration of omni-channel delivery, identification of best in class product opportunities and deployment of supporting technologies to modernize.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sets consumer product vision, leveraging client and industry insights to establish an annual execution plan for product lifecycle management including new product development.
  • Executes effectively leveraging people, process and technology, with an omni-channel lens.
  • Responsible for pricing, profitability and fee growth, ensuring compliance and risk is appropriately managed (i.e. risk to reward ratio).
  • Partners with sales to understand and improve client experience and process gaps.
  • Partners closely with Sales force, Sales Leadership, Sales Effectiveness and Call Center (i.e. conducts call listening) to proactively identify product gaps and opportunities.
  • Partners closely with Voice of Client office to ensure the company has a strong pulse on ever-evolving client needs and preferences.
  • Partners with .com and digital teams to deploy omni-channel delivery.
  • Responsible for client acquisition including planning & execution of annual Product Marketing plan to drive ROI positive returns.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry; OR
  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 14 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry.
