Looking to break into healthcare technology?  Ettain Group has an exciting new opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Sarasota FL. This person will be working with a variety of different technologies and will be handling issues both over the phone and email.

Job Title Job Responsibilities:

  • Position Overview for the Help Desk Analyst: • Monitor the helpdesk ticketing system • Respond to calls and emails in a timely manner • Take ownership in first call resolution • Troubleshoot and resolve password issues • Support Windows 7 and MS Office

Job Title Job Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 Years of IT Support Services experience
  • Proficiency in internetworking, TCP/IP, routing/switching, wireless networks, VPNs, network diagnostics, management and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of core Internet protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, etc.
