 Executive Resolution Specialist Job Summary:

The Executive Resolution Specialist is responsible for the Complaints Program Development working with and across all Wholesale banking lines of business ensuring timely response and resolution of high risk escalated customer complaints. Further, they will support our critical efforts to strengthen our customer-centered culture and enhance and drive customer excellence through the delivery of more consistent approaches.


Executive Resolution Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the research and resolution of complaints from Wholesale customers, e.g. Google, Microsoft, etc.
  • Act as liaison between customer and the proper line of business which could be the legal team, the regulatory group, etc. and be in charge of communication to customer
  • Setting up emails with the correct line of business  for resolution

Executive Resolution Specialist Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer contact, customer service, or a combination of both in financial services; or 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer contact, customer service, complaints resolution, incident management support, administrative support, underwriting, or quality assurance
  • Prior Complaint Resolution Experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
