Digital Experience Project Manager Job Summary:

  • Customer Digital Experience is people, process and technology to deliver a modern, engaging experience for all customers.  Depending on who the customers are, what they’ve purchased and entitled to, customers get a relevant set of capabilities.
  • When customers need help, customers can log onto the website to get knowledge, support, and insights from partners or their peers.  Or customers can choose the technology to connect their systems to the cloud, automating their engagements for insights and recommended actions.  
  • This program greatly speeds time to resolution and reduces unnecessary overhead for customers.   
  • Customer Digital Experience is launching various communication campaigns to promote to internal stakeholder groups. 
Digital Experience Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be a member of the product management team defining the “what” and the “why” for a new digital experience.
  • You will determine what customers are getting and what the value add will be.
  • You are forward thinking and an excellent communicator. 
  • You will utilize your strength in communication to help launch communication campaigns and write internal communications for stakeholders (marketing, IT, Platforms teams, delivery.)
  • You will help conduct market analysis, research, make recommendations which will contribute to developing the digital experience roadmaps.
  • You will work closely with the Platforms team whom are responsible for solutions and implementing the solutions.
Digital Experience Project Manager Job Requirements:
 
  • Must have experience writing user stories and translating requirements for online/ digital experience
  • Knowledge of software product management
  • Expertise in Digital Experience is a must
  • Strength in Communication- Must be able to write internal communications from scratch in “simple terms”
  • Agile development knowledge
  • Excels in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Proven ability to learn complex Content & Programs (very detail oriented)
  • Personality - Go Getter, ability to deal with ambiguity, constant change
