Job Title Job Summary:

Provide customer data analysis with actionable insights for use across a well-known multi-channel retail organization in Charlotte, NC.  You will work closely with the Director of CRM to develop insightful customer dashboards which include RFM segmentation, loyalty program trends and more. Day to day responsibilities include advocating for the loyalty program, management data within the organization, and championing customer facing programs and services. You will also create adhoc customer insights reports pertaining to product categories, new product launches, lifecycle communications and more using industry leading reporting and CRM software.

Job Title Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer data requests as they relate to media campaigns, email, omni channel personalization, care center, ad hoc report requests, etc.
  • Provides deep dive customer data analyses to surface actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Develops and maintains customer data dashboard inclusive of all customer data touchpoints (POS, Ecomm, Loyalty program, subscription program)
  • Work in collaboration with CRM Director to identify customer segments and develop customer segmentation forecasting model


Job Title Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Marketing Database Operations or Customer Intelligence function
  • Must exhibit a high level of expertise in data structures, languages and tools. Experience and strong proficiency with Tableau, Mircrostrategy, SQL, Python or Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable.
  • Expertise in Customer Data Management, Customer Analysis and Customer Segmentation
  • Ability to understand client environment and consumer insights to recommend effective strategies
