Are you looking to jump start your sales career in the IT Staffing Industry? ettain group is currently hiring for high energy, motivated, competitive, sales minded individuals in the Dallas area who are interested in quick advancement from Recruiting (3+ months) into an Outside Sales role working directly with ettain group's clients as a Business Development Manager.

Recruiter / Sales Job Responsibilities:

  • The primary role of the Recruiter / Sales Professional is to build a network of IT professionals, with skill sets that are a fit for our clients’ hiring needs. You will connect with these professionals using a variety of resources including 150+ calls/week, email, social media, job boards etc.
  • As you transition into the role of a Business Development Manager, you will focus on acquiring new and growing existing business within the territory while providing exceptional service to clients and contractors.
  • As a BDM you will be meeting with new and existing clients on a daily basis, working to grow existing accounts and break new accounts, ultimately growing the business by working with your Recruiting team to place top IT Professionals in open positions with reputable companies.

Recruiter / Sales Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related Recruiting or Sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Highly driven, competitive, goal oriented, sales minded professionals
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Exhibits proven communication and presentation skills
  • Able to interact with and build relationships with individuals at all levels - peers, clients and upper management
  • Able to deliver top talent with a high sense of urgency and a commitment to do whatever it takes to service the customer
