Helpdesk Support Analyst Job Summary:

Our client is an independently owned and operated financial services firm headquartered in Raleigh, NC. They provide objective investment consulting services to institutional retirement plans and affluent individuals. Provide technology support for 400+ employees. Ensure that needs are met through solutions that are well constructed, well communicated, and operating properly.

Helpdesk Support Analyst Job Responsibilities:
  • Audio-Visual support for large group meeting that include web conferencing, video streaming
  • Laptop, Desktop, Tablet, Mobile Device, and Remote Access support
  • Hardware/Software Printer support
  • Respond quickly to technology outages
  • Work on special projects delegated by IT Manager and Team Leaders
  • Workstation, equipment, and telephone moves
  • Remote support of Regional Offices
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
  • for internal employees.
Helpdesk Support Analyst Job Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related area or equivalent technical training/experience required.
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent would be an asset.
  • Professional experience with current Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with Apple OS and hardware preferred
  • Experience with VoIP and mobile technologies preferred
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and coherent manner required. Superior customer service focus.
  • Ability to be on-call rotation for off-hours support as required
  • Windows 7, 8, 10, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory Management – creating user, assigning permissions and access etc.
